Cancellation Policy

For all courses that are open to the public:

• If we have to cancel the course, we will offer you a full refund or a spot in a future course.

• If you have to cancel with more than two weeks’ notice, you will be offered a refund, less a 10% administration fee or we can honour your spot in a future course.

• If you have to cancel with less than two weeks’ notice, or if you are a no-show on the day of the course, you will forfeit all fees paid and you can join a future course at a reduced rate.

  Please understand that almost all of our public courses have waitlists and there are significant costs associated with running public courses. We try to remain as flexible as possible to meet as many needs as possible.
